INFORMATION ON THE PROCESSING OF CLIENTS’ PERSONAL DATA

Postal Code 17000, acting by Mr. Lukáš Rieger, Managing Director (hereinafter referred to as the “Supplier“), as administrator
personal data, hereby takes the liberty to inform its clients (hereinafter also referred to as “data subjects“) about the manner of
and the scope of the processing of personal data by the supplier, including the scope of the rights of data subjects
related to the processing of their personal data by the Supplier.


1. What personal data does the supplier process about you?


The Supplier processes in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of
27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free
the movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation; hereinafter referred to as the “GDPR”)
hereinafter referred to as the “Regulation”) and in accordance with the relevant national legislation on the protection of
personal data, personal data necessary for the performance of its obligations, which may include up to the following
Scope:

  • address and identification data: name, address, date of birth, birth number, bank number,
    account, phone number, email address.
  • information about another person: if necessary, e.g. the name, address, telephone number and email address of the client’s members, employees and similar associates, if applicable. the name and telephone number of members of the client’s household. The Client undertakes to properly inform these persons about the transfer of their personal data to the Supplier.

The Supplier shall only process the personal data of clients in accordance with the purposes set out below and to the extent and after
the time necessary to fulfil these stated purposes. Personal data is processed by lawful
means. The Supplier shall process personal data accurately and only to the extent necessary
to fulfil the purpose for which the personal data is processed. Clients’ personal data is protected and
processed in a way that prevents any unauthorised or accidental access to
to such personal data, their alteration, destruction, loss or other unauthorised processing.
Appropriate technical and organisational measures are taken for this purpose.


2. For what purposes and on the basis of which legal titles does the supplier process your personal data?

For the performance of the contract concluded between the supplier and the client

  • For this purpose, the Supplier processes personal data for the purposes of fulfilling the contract concluded with the Client and the performance of the obligations set out in this contract and applicable legislation.

3. Who all will have access to your personal data?

Personal data is processed by the supplier, its employees and associates for the purposes described above. Furthermore, in the case of performance of a contract concluded between the Supplier and the Client through third parties, also by other suppliers who are bound by the same obligations in relation to the protection of personal data as the Supplier, whereby the Client will be informed of any such specific disclosure of personal data to a third party. All this to the extent necessary for the purpose of
performance of the contract concluded between the supplier and the client.

Other entities that may have access to your personal data

The Supplier may transfer some of your personal data in order to fulfil its legal obligations, e.g.
state and local authorities, courts and law enforcement agencies.


4. For how long does the supplier process your personal data?

  • Your personal data is processed by the supplier for the duration of the contractual relationship and for
    necessary to ensure mutual rights and obligations under the contract and
    generally binding legal regulations.

5. What rights do you have in relation to the processing of personal data by the supplier?

You have the following rights as a data subject in relation to your personal data:

  • The right to withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data at any time (if the processing is based on
    consent based);
  • The right of access to personal data (the right to request information as to whether or not personal data concerning you are processed by the supplier and, if so, the right to access such personal data and other information pursuant to Article 15 of the Regulation);
  • The right to data portability (the right to obtain personal data relating to you in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and to transmit that data to another controller; and the right to have personal data transmitted directly from one controller to another controller where technically feasible);
  • Right to rectification (the right to request that the supplier rectify inaccurate personal data concerning you without undue delay);
  • Right to restriction of processing (the right to request that the supplier restrict processing, including in the case of exercising the right to rectification or if the supplier processes personal data unlawfully but you do not want to delete it);
  • Right to erasure (the right to request that the supplier erase your personal data without undue delay, inter alia, if the personal data are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected, or if you have withdrawn the consent on the basis of which the personal data were processed by the supplier and there is no other legal basis for the processing, or if the supplier processes the personal data unlawfully);
  • Right to object;
